Grilled Chicken

P1060424

We’ll get a whole chicken about once a month. We usually roast it in the oven, but this time we read this article (okay, skimmed) and decided to roast it. Whenever we cook chicken I’m always like, “Is it done? Maybe it’s a little underdone.” But then we eat it anyway, focusing on the parts that are definitely done and saving the rest for some other dish where it will get cooked again (soup, casserole, etc.). This time was no different. Tasted good, and no one got sick!
