But these turned out super moist and fluffy. The only difference I can think of is the preparation of the oats. They soaked in soy milk and acid (vinegar) for longer than usual, maybe 20 or 30 minutes. And I added the lemon juice to this mixture (but not for the whole soaking time, maybe for the last five minutes).
