We had some frozen corned beef leftover from St. Patrick&#8217;s. Last week, we got beets, cabbage, potatoes and onions in our CSA share. So red flannel hash it was.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"deconstructed red flannel hash\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/leighadactyl\/14384506453\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/farm3.staticflickr.com\/2915\/14384506453_6bf55af1be.jpg\" alt=\"deconstructed red flannel hash\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more keep reading...--><\/p>\n<p>I sliced the corned beef and heated in a skillet (adding onion slices at the end). The potatoes were roasted french-fry style with olive oil, salt and pepper (as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leighadactyl.com\/food\/steak-frites\/\">here<\/a>, but without all the seasonings). Cabbage was drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and roasted for about 10 minutes. The beets were prepared <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leighadactyl.com\/food\/beet-tartare\/\">tartare as I&#8217;ve done before<\/a>, except I had more of the <a href=\"http:\/\/food52.com\/recipes\/27099-beet-tartare-with-dijon-and-capers\">original recipe<\/a> ingredients this time (capers, parsley, red onion), so used them (but it turned out about the same to me). Eggs fried sunny side up. Not really any leftovers.
